TD-2 Soft Capsule (Softgel) and paintball Tumble dryer is used to predry and initial shaping of soft capsule (softgel) and paintballs. Each section can be of variable frequency of speed regulation. There should be two tumble dryers at least, we call it one group. In other words, your making machine should be equipped with one group of tumble dryer(two sections) at least. Each section is equipped with an independent fan to make softgels and paintballs distribute evenly, thus making the drying effect much better. Each dryer can be easily removed and easy to clean, it’s more in line with the requirements of GMP. Each dryer is equipped with electrostatic guiding device and safety production device. The operator can conveniently make the dryer stop just in the tumble dryer position. TD2 has advanced structure and stable material, making its drying effect much better than other models of domestic and Korean machine.

 

TD-2 Tumble dryer is designed by investigation and analysis of modern drying technology from numerous soft capsule manufacturers home and abroad,combining the large scale production characteristics of soft capsule drying. It is fully complicated with GMP requirements and the entire equipment is simple and practicable, artistic and elegant.

Each section is individually set up with forward and reverse adjustment driven and blower,each section could be used separately or combine several section as a whole unit.The capsules will be remained in the current cage for drying when forward switch adjustment, and the capsules would be conveyed to the next cage or driven out when reverse switch adjustment.

It is mainly used for shaping fixing drying of softgel capsules production line. Meanwhile,it could also be applied to granular materials dynamic drying in Pharmaceutical,Food and Chemical industries.

Specification

Special Side-cut air blowing system makes the cages with the uniform air blow to fasten the drying speed.

* Precisely design of air blowing pipe guarantees none of any other particles entering into the pipe.

* Non-oil lubrication structure is adopted for the rotating cage of the dryer to avoid the pollution

of lubricant thoroughly. The whole machine will be kept clean during the production process.

* The cages adopts the latest structure design to guarantee the dependability of material

conveying in multi-cages operation.

* The precise design and manufacturing guarantee that no influence to other cages running when disassemble any of the cage from the multi-cages.

* The loading tray is set up in each cage to make the workshop floor tidy and clean and also

reduce the waste of finished products.


* Each dryer can be separately moved and fast combing, it shortened the machine's maintenance time and reduced the operator's labor strength.
