1. What is your MOQ per design？
Our standard MOQ is 100,000 pcs/design, but for trial order, we accept small quantities. Please advise what qty you intend to order so we can quote you accordingly.

2. Samples?
- Free samples of our available design with freight collect could be offered for quality approval. Please advise your address and contact information.

- Custom samples: we have a policy for making samples of your own design, please contact us for details.

3. Price?
All price shown on the product pages are basic price, as additional fee will be charged for custom design. We would love to know any of your requirements for custom item.

4. What do I need to offer for printing my own design?
Both a PDF or AI file are fine. We will make a printing artwork for your confirmation before we do sample or mass production.

5. What price term do you usually quote?

We quote on EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP basis depends on different quantity, shipping method and request. So please advise in advance which price you would like us to quote.

If you have no idea of these term, we will work out a solution based on your requirement for your approval.
