High Speed Side Sealing PP Bread Bag Making Machine

 

Usage:

(1) The double sides sealing bag making machine is widely applied for applying PE (HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE), PP, OPP, BOPP or POF etc thermal contracting plastic film to produce printing or non printing side sealing bags.

(2) The produced thermal side sealing bag could be used as sock bag, towel bag, bread bag, ornament bag, stationery packing bag (such as pen, ruler, notebook etc), clothes bag or electrical parts bag etc package bags. 

(3) This machine is ideal machine for producing thermal side heating & cutting bag/ double side sealing bag.

 

Performance and Features:

(1) The lateral side sealing machine equips with micro-computer (for easy operation) and Best Brand Inverter for controlling the whole machine.

(2) The film material feeding is controlled by Stepper motor (Japanese YASKAWA Brand Servo Motor is optional) and DC motor (works match with photoelectric switch).

(3) Equips with inline slitting and top flag inline folding device, ensure it's able to process PE or PP tube film roll material.

(4) With inline gusset device to make gusset on the bottom of side sealing bags, automatic self adhesive tapes inline adhere device, to adhere the self adhesive tapes on the bags automatically inline when makes bags.

(5) Automatically punching round shape holes or butterfly shape holes or irregular shapes holes on the bags automatically, when no need make holes, just move the puncher device away.

(6) Equips with inline gusset device to make bottom gusset on the thermal sealing bag.

(7) Automatic computer controlled arbitrary length fixed function, automatic bag's number counting, when the bag's quantity approach the preseted bag's number, the machine will alarm or stop automatically.

(8) Digital conatsant temperature controller, firm and smooth sealing, automatic alram system, when there is no material, the machine will alarm or stop automatically.

(9) Photocell electric tracking system for making printed bags, when the label of printed bag is lost, the machine will alarm or stop automatically.

(10) The machine equips with 2 sets cutting knives, one is straight cutting knife, the other is teeth cutting knife, for making diffetent style side sealing bags separately.
