Structure 

The frame is 40×40 rectangular steel welding production;fuselage aging line using a dedicated 

special aluminum alloy;nose and tail curved seal plate is made of 1.5mm cold roll forming,

galvanized legs with adjustable foot cups, body 2 m period.

Shanghai Chain Factory produced using eight points double pitch chain holes.

Aging trolleys 

Whole aging line about 47 small circular trolley combination, of the upper and lower 

structural design, easy aging different products:Trolley outside dimensions: length 

550 × width 440 × height 1400 (mm); using double-layer structure, the upper and lower 

panel install eight sets of four speakers clip, aging 

with panel lighting and street lights .

Light blocking 

shield

Located on both sides of the line all the way to block all decent light shield (except non-electric operating area), using 4mm combined with tinted plexiglass plate made of aluminum alloy.
