Located in Fengxian Wuxing Industrial Zone, Shanghai Century Washing Machinery has been developing and manufacturing industrial washing machinery since 1999. We are one of the earliest industrial washing machinery ,optical lens manufacturing machinery makers in China and with an experienced designing and manufacturing engineering team. our machines have been widely-sold to around 40 countries and regions in the world.

 

Our main products included industrial cleaning machine, optical lens cleaning coating machine, automatic conveyor machine and assembly machine, programmable oven etc. The cleaning machines are widely used in automotive, optics, electronics, medical, aerospace, plastic bins and surface treatment industries. For the automotive industry, we supply ultrasonic and spray washers to remove oil and chips on different washing parts. The machines can be fully automatic that integrates with the current production line, or they can be semi-automatic or manual as a budget-tight option. Various machine configurations are customizable based on the washing part characteristics such as length, width, shape, and the location of holes. Different washing processes that involves spray washing, ultrasonic washing, rinsing, blow or vacuum drying can also be designed based on the parts. Water or hydrocarbon-based washing machines are available. The whole washing process is fully controlled by PLCs, and integration with Industrial PCs or SCADA systems is also possible.

For optical industry ,we supply optical basic lens casting line(automatic lens cleaning machine, automatic molds cleaning machine, chemical mixing machine, programmable polymerization oven, curing oven etc.), optical lens hard coating/Anti-fog line . The process is controlled by PLC, and intelligent remote control is available.

Our automatic conveyor line, automatic intelligent assembly line combined with Kuka Robot loading and unloading.
