The monofilaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes/cables, fishing netsconstruction safety nets,sun shelding nets ,brushes protective nets for the cotton fields etc.This assembly is designed anddeveloped on the up -to-dated technology by utilizing HDPE&PPmonofilaments as its mateials.With compact structure,high production efficency and easy operation and maintenace,this assembly adopts helical gear reducer ,and the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenization.Applying intelligentized automatic temperature-control equipment and frepuency conversion speed regulation system,it can regulate in some range according to the raw materials as well as production technics,the driving rate od which can be regulated in order to satisfy al kinds of monofilament production for different functions.
