IntroductionNitrocellulose cotton is made from the technics which refined cotton and nitric acid ,vitriol that through esterification and stable process etc.

Nitrocellose cotton is white floc and chips fibre, the density is 1.65-1.67g/cm3 , can be liquefied in acetonet, ethyl acetate, camphor&anol liquid etc. It is flammable., and sensitiive to machinery impact when the moistening agents is lower. Because the different condition during nitration, nitrocellose have a different nitrogen content and solubility. When the nitrogen content exceeds 12.5%, it is explosive, and unstable.
Usage: This production mainly used in producing any color celluloid, all sorts of nitryl lacquers, wooden finishes, dope for metal, wax paper, wax cloth, fast-printing ink, nail polish, bottleneck sealer, adhesive etc.
Packing1. Packed in galvanized steel barrel (560×900mm) lined with polythene film bag . Net weight is 100-120kg for per drum.
2. Packed in composite fibreboard drum (420×700mm) lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 30-50kg for per drum.
3. Packed in carton(356×356×455mm) lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 20-30kg.
