Brief description of equipment:

 

1.Overload protection device:According to the structure feature, shearing machine set overload protection on force, pressure and torsion, it’s reliable and operate quickly.

 

2.Transmission system: set protective device to exposed gear, fuel tanks and other transmission parts which may produce danger, meanwhile avoid clamping point between protective device and moving parts. There are obvious turn indicating device in unidirectional rotating parts.

 

3.Adjustment device ofthe upper andlower blade have a structure to adjust accurate and locking reliable.

 

4.Each part of shearing machine plays coordinate and reliable in full load test.

 

5. It plays coordinated among upper blade, swaging and handling, all of the working standard action play smooth and reliable. When stopped running the upper blade can stay in theposition ofthedesignspecification.

 

6.The appearance of the machine tool: Paint of surface colour and lustre is uniform, there is no defect like obvious aberration, bubble and sagging. All system pipes and circuits are installed neat and attractive. The rust underlying can be removed and the topcoat using upscale polyurethane paint

 

7. Assembly quality: Important fixed joint surface like rack ,rails, workbench, beams, blade and cylinder jointed Closely, after fastened these could be test by filler gauge.

 

8.Safety setting of CNC electric system:using infrared fixing equipment, Back gauge is equipped with a frequency converter and encoder, in order to realize CNC back gauge. The machine is equipped with warning signs, power cut off switch device, protection against electric shock, overheating protection and some relevant wiring technology
