A1:Richina is a group company which includes one factory mainly manufacturing summer garden and outdoor

   products, one factory mainly manufacturing winter outdoor  products and one subsidiary company mainly charging

   for sales and exportation.

Q2: What about the shipping methods?

A2: For the samples or the urgent order and light weight, we can send by Express, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS etc.

       For the large order and heavy weigth, we can delivery the goods by air or by sea to save the cost.

Q3: What about the payment methods?

A3: We accept TT, L/C for big amount, for samll amount you can pay us by PayPal.

Q4: Can I order some samples for testing?

A4: Normally, our samples is free, but as for some special customised sample, it needs some expense based on your

       requirments.

Q5: Can you customized my products in special shape?

A5: Sure, we can offer OEM and ODM.

Q6: How about the delivery time?

A6: Normally, the delivery time is about 5-7 weeks after we recive your advance payment, the specific delivery time depend

       on the items and quantity of your order.

Q7: Do you test all your goods before the delivery to make sure the products with high quality?

A7:  Our QC team will inspect each batch of products before the delivery.
