Main Features
JQHS series Air Winch is kind of manual operated air winch with single drum, adopts compressed air as power to drive air motor, and also drive drum via two-grade gearbox, so as to lift heavy cargo.The Air Winch is featured as follows:
1.Flexible to move forward and backward, step-less in speed control.
2.Two basic manual braking type - hand brake and foot brake. Some winches adopt air brake (winch keeps in brake when stopping) to replace foot brake, which is much more safety. Some winches adopt the above mentioned three braking in the same time.
3.High starting torque enables start with load, with anti-overload function.
4.Small size, light weight, and mobility.
5.Anti-explosive function, reliable operation under inflammable and explosive environment.
6.Safe operation under high wet, damp conditions.
7.The newly developed automatic spooling winch, greatly lowering labor intensity, highly improving cable lifespan and working safety,
For the above-mentioned features, it is widely applied in mining, marine construction sties, the second platform of oilfield off-sea and inland, etc. to lifting and pulling heavy cargo.
