2. How can I get a discount?

The discount depend on your quantity. Small order will have higher price.

Our factory have more then fifteen years experiences. And all our workers are skilled workers with 10-20 years experiences in plush toys. We check the finish product one by one, to make sure the quality is good.

2. What if I receive bad products?

Let us know how many piece of bad ones, sending us the photos, we will make up it for you. We will be responsible for our products.

MOQ:

1. What is your MOQ?

If you are our old customer, there is no MOQ restriction.

If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope we can get big order from you in the future.

Samples:

1. What’s sample cost and sampling time?

Usually sample cost is USD100. Sampling time is 7 working days.

We will refund you the sample cost if your order is above 2000pcs.

2. What if I am not satisfied with the sample?

Please tell us the sample modification requirements you want. Then we will improve the sample according to your requirement.
