Piping Prefabrication Automatic Welding Machine (MIG)

Performance features
On-line Performance: Excellent (Designed completely as per the one line equipment of the production line)
Application: backing welding or welding the pipes or the cover of the aluminum alloy pipe which need higher quality.
Welding Capacity: high (150~250 inch/day)
Operability: Good (applicable and easy to operate even if you are a new user within a short period of time).
Surface finishing: Excellent (the welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position)
Welding compliance rate: 98% min (without re-working for the skilled operator).
Driving Reliability: Good (driven by frictional force, however, it is required to set essential balance weight to offset large
bending moment caused by elbows for large diameter pipe, or providing a chain tensioner to improve the reliability of the
driving).
Price: much higher than the Piping All-position Automatic Welding Machine (FCAW/GMAW).

flange-elbow, etc (a fake pipe transition connection shall be applied if necessary).
Driving System: driven by three-row stainless steel roller and worm- worm wheel (D1) or driven by two-row rubber roller and
reducer (D3).
Clamping system: the electric clamping arm is adjustable and 180 degree rotational ability; it clamps manually with screw double
wheels. A chain tensioner might be equipped if necessary.
Bracket System: Separate type of trolley matching for welding machine, which may be adjusted along the track according to the
length of the pipeline.
Counterweight System: no Counterweight
Speedregulation Mode: VF stepless speed control system
Adjustment Mode: with electric cross regulator
