Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer charged sample and the cost can be reduced from following batch quantity order. As our products are too heavy, sample freight will not be covered at our side.

A: 1 PC is ok.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 15 days. If it is not standard model, or necessary parts are not available in stock, the delivery time will be 30 days. For batch order, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is your payment terms?
Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: Generally speaking, it is 1 year after the shipment date.
