Application:

The device is applicable to alcohol deposition of oral liquid of Chinese traditional medicine,food and health product etc. The alcohol depositing tank is the key equipment in alcohol deposition procedure.

 Characteristics:

 The equipment is completely made of stainless steel,equipped with high pressure water automatic spraying and cleaning system. In the jacket,the low temperature cooling water can pass. The transmission pray adopts mechanical sealing,and the anti-explosion motor is adopted to guarantee that the production process is safety,which are in accordance with GMP quality standard.

This machine is including jacket and conical vesseland impeller  agitator and discharge pipe .

The mode for water-decocting and concentration of China traditional drug as follow: First fill the alcohol to fprm mixture, secondiy under low temperature freeze to make deposition to separate the soild from liquid to improve the purity and clearness of the extraction liquid of China tradition drug.
