The printing principle: the ink will be evenly spread out on the anilox roller at first,then transfer to the printing cylinder, then the flexo photopolymer plate will collect the ink and press directly on the surface of the materials, finally the labels will go through the drying process to complete the whole printing procedures.
The printed labels can reach the result of higher strong washing fastness by heating inside the Automatic temperature controlled drying oven 101-2 between 3-8 hours.
The outstanding characteristics of this machine are strong colorfastness to wash and polish, perfect color registration, stability and reliability, simple in adjusting the printing length just by change the different printing cylinders.
