Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger, Condenser/Evaporator Features:

1. Internal & external enhanced groove, ensure high heat transfer efficiency;

2. Al-brass and Ni/Cu tubes are available for seawater application;

3. Cooling capacity from 2.5TR to 1,000TR;

4. One to eight refrigerating circuits available;

5. CE ,ASME and BR1 certificate are optional;

6. Specification and performance can be customized as per requirements.

 

Evaporator: i) Dry Type, ii) Flooded Type, iii) Spray Falling Film type;

Condenser: Multi-circuits, Cu/Ni sea water application, Stainless, Titanium;

 

Descriptions:

1.  Self-made ASME high performance evaporator, condenser and patent heat recovery condenser upon request.

2.  Fabricated from raw metal sheets, cutting, bending, rolling are self made under China Authority D1, D2 Certification.

3.  All associated parts including covers, tube sheet, eliminator, flanges, sensor wells, are all made within the production line.

4.  X-ray Leakage test, Water Bath Leakage Test, N2 Pressure Test with third party certification for each heat exchanger before shipment.
