3000ES-DRVPT-300 Super-charge Duplex single-worm plodder
Totally new super-charge plodders Series ES can be used both for production low and high TFM soaps. The new plodders have innovated speed reducer design, cooling-water system/jacket design and worm design,so that the machine has reduced driving torque, uniform pressure and no backflow of soap inside the worm barrel, resulting in high productivity, easy to operate, and lower labor-intensity. The plodder is auto-protected by ielligent-control, so it has much long service life.

●Worm:250mm in diameter,made from welded stainless steel 304 or Al-Mgalloy casting.

●Electric heaters at the conical outlet head:2KW+1KW
●There are 8 speed reducers in the plodder. The gears of the reducer are with high precision Class 6 and the teeth are case-hardened and ground.
