1.Store  hot & cold pack in freezer for at least two hours. 2.Wipe the hoarfrost from the hot & cold pack before use. 3.Place the hot & cold pack mask against forearm to check for desired temperature. Hot Use 1.Place the hot & cold pack in the heated water for 10 minutes. 2.Remove the hot & cold pack from water with a tong,wipe try. 3.Place the hot & cold pack against forearm to check for desired temperature,if too hot let it cool.
