Ballasts produce a higher quality of light for plant growth. Ballasts eliminate the wear and tear on the bulb by providing a flow of electricity that starts out at a low level, then increases energy flow as the bulb warms up and achieves full brightness. And it adopts step impulse voltage startup and can adjust the working states automatically, so that it can ensure the best work of bulbs. It chooses over pressure or insufficient pressure protection function and intelligent light adjustment, enhance the safety of lighting projects.
