1)How do I get a quotation?

You can send us your detailed requirements such as what kind of stone products that you interested in, and their size, stone name or color as well as approximate order quantity to us, and then we will offer you the best price.

2) Do you accept custom order?

Yes, custom order are warmly welcomed. We always price and produce according to clients' design.

3) What is your price terms?

Usually, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.

4) What is your acceptable payment terms?

Usually, we have the following two kinds of payment terms:
A: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 40% as down payment, 60% against the copy of B/L by email or fax. The detailed operation course is as following:
We will arrange production upon receipt of 40% advanced payment. After finish production and loading container, we will email you Commercial Invoice, Packing List and copy of Bill of Lading, and then you shall pay the balance at your earliest conveniences. We will send original shipping documents to you upon receipt of balance for you to pick up the goods timely.
B: Irrevocable L/C at sight .

5) What is your sample policy?

We can provide you stone color samples in size 10x10x1cm free of charge and you only required to pay the delivery fee. There is three methods for paying delivery fee:
A: Freight Prepaid: You can transfer the delivery fee to us, and then we will pay it to the courier company
B: Freight Collected: You can inform us your courier account No. such as DHL, TNT and pay as freight collected.
C: You also can contact courier company directly and ask then come to pick up the samples from our company.
