The unit is used to purify the cooking fumes gernerated from the kitchens in the restaurants,

 

hotels, enterprises and universities. Its efficiency of oil mist removal is over 98%. In 2012,

 

one of the English customers of KLEAN provided commercial ESP for London Olympic

                Product Structure

 

 

This structure ensures maximized corona discharging uniformity & electric field intensity

 

inside the filter cells hence maximized purification efficiency. It also gives the filter cells

 

superior mechanical strength compared with other conventional-structure filter cells which

 

get damaged more easily during the maintenance & cleaning procedures.

 

                      

 

Completed with epoxy-encapsulated solid-state transformer and frequency conversion

 

switching power supply, the low-energy high-performance power pack is able to deliver

 

stable and strongpower output.

 

 

Our Products feature a series of operation and protection functions, soft startup, constant 

                    

current output, are extinction and auto-reposition repeat arcing protection, short circuit

 

protection, overload protection, open circuit protection, transformer overheating protection,

Klean's auto-cleaning device, an optional accessory provided for the kitchen smoke eater,

 

is a fully automated washing programmed with user-defined protocols that allows wash

 

parameters to be optimized at the users' convenience and keeps the ESP functioning at the

           guidance and pay the cost at your own expense?

 

   A1:  We can send our engineer to your site and provide you with the installation guidance.

 

           But we need you to pay the travelling expense for our engineer.

 

   Q2:  How long is the quality guarantee of your electrostatic precipitation kitchen exhaust

 

           air cleaner (ESP) ? Can it be longer?

 

   A2:  We can offer 1 year quality guarantee and life-long maintenance of our machine after

 

           the warranty period.

 

   Q3:  Can you do the OEM for me?

 

   A3:  Yes, we can. But the price may be a little bit higher than the standard machine we sell.
