 Brief Introduction

1.1 The apparatus

   ZDF-5227-II compound vacuum meter, which is composed by resistance meter and ionization meter (namely “resistance unit” and “ionization unit”), can test signs of the vacuum gauge with two circuits, and has four circuits control contact output. In the testing range, it can be point control and area control freely, and it is suitable to be used in testing and controlling the vacuum of wide measuring range.

   It adopts the most advanced microprocessor as its main machine, improving its reliability by decreasing external components. Its hardware employs the modular structure, EMI restraint and WATCHDOG circuit; while the software employs anti-interference technique, such as redundancy, trap, digital filtering and so on to improve its anti-interference ability and performance, which ensures the high reliability of the apparatus and its normal use in bad industrial environment.
