Stainless steel, alloy steel material thickness 2.0~3.5m/m, width 15-30m/m, length within 300m/m, suitably used for DJ/VHA550 type; material thickness 2.5~5.0m/m, width 30~50m/m, length within 500m/m, suitably used for DJ-VHA800 type, for alloy stainless steel, special stainless steel high-class shank projecting forming. In the production process, electric heating is adopted, and sliding mould is made of alloy material against high-temperature and wear-resistant to make with accessories of the USA and Europe.

Machine Features :
1. Using air control cylinder together with solenoid valve, with no-feed oil dry bearings with minimum friction resistance, to increase the unit punching speed and reduce air flow loss.
2. High-Performance air compression components explosion-resistant casting is fitted on the outside of the filter and oil feeder to prevent the machine from breaking down. The filter and oil feeder cup can be dismounted to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
3. The cooling tubing employs 3/8" bronze tube compulsory cooling cycle circuits. All cooling water pipes of the transformer, SCR, and electrodes are cooling efficient, with additional temperature rise automatic cut-off switch to avoid burning down the transformer.
4. High conductivity secondary circuits: Secondary side-welding circuits made by bronze material, low resistance and quality conductivity.
5. Solid frame structure body construction, excellent adaptability, reducing the electrode deviation during process, increasing the welding quality, and reducing shock and noise of the machine.
6. Both interior and exterior of the machine are treated with powder coating baked paint after acid pickling to extend its lifespan in use.
7. Safe and reliable pedal switch with quick starting and easy installation starting voltage DC 12V which can be used safely.
8. An optional press adjuster is provided for upward and downward adjustment. To respectively adjust the rising or lowering speed and impact during the pressurizing progress, to obtain excellent welding quality and speed.
9. Central air exhaust method to improve the working environment. Concentrated exhausting system will not only reduce the exhaust noise, but also reduce oil mist spraying, to maintain clean working environment.
10. Insulation on upper part, simple and practical. Secondary conductor insulation, employing upper insulation, iron powder adhesion, or lower part installed with welding appliances, to avoid frequent occurrence of installed welding appliances near the lower electrode.

12. Main conductive components import from Japan
Transformer of excellent current conductivity and of minimum electric loss secondary circuit with high conductivity, a low input will produce output with powerful current with minimum power loss and low facility cost.
13. Welding current circuits with adoption of SCR no-contact-point switch Main circuit switch employs no-contact-point SCR to increase high welding reliability and save maintenance and repair expense.
Even under rigorous conditions, it will still assure stable welding current to obtain consistent and steady welding strength.
