The machine is designed to meet diverse complicated processing requirements, highly versatile with routing, drilling, cutting, side milling, sawing and other functions.  Vacuum table fitted with suction cups. Cropping the full sheet to your ideal size, routing, drilling, sawing, cutting, and milling—multiple functions, all in one. Easy for loading and unloading, spend less time but get more out of it.

 1. Chinese spindle with boring unit

The machine adopts Chinese air cooling spindle with Italy imported drills, including 9 vertical drills, 6 horizontal drills and 1 saw blade drill, which can meet more processing requirements of users.

2. Double station operating area

The machine is equipped with a double-station operating area, equipped with 18  pieces of German Schmitz vacuum adsorption blocks and 2 rows of positioning cylinders. It can be used for full-page adsorption and point-to-point adsorption. Easy for loading and unloading, spend less time.

3. Japan Yaskawa servo motor and driver

The machine adopts Japan Yaskawa servo motor and driver, with high precision, high speed performance, strong anti-overload capability and good stability.

Machining workshop

 We have our own machining workshop, a total of 5 gantry five-sided milling, each special machine for special use.
Side arms, beams, Z-axis skateboards, machine beds are specially processed by different equipment to guarantee high precision of the machine.

The cnc center is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing.

Fasten the cnc machine into the wood case for safety and against clashing.

Transport the wood case into the container.
