The working thickness(coating clearnce) of the machine is controlled autormatically and shows its figures in the control panel(precision 1/100mm).And with the help of manul adjusting handwhel,the depth of parallelism between coating roller and lower pressing roller can be directly and easily controlled.

A height-adjustable carrying roller is respectively installed in the front and back of the coating roller,which, based on different leathers, can change the wrap angle between leathers in working area and the coating roller,so that to obtain more satisfactory coating quality.

The pulp automatic supplying recovery system that combines stainess stell pulp-receiving device and double-diaphragm pulp pump can guarantee the circulatory use of pulp,and a steady visosity of pulp in the channel,and finally a high coating quality as well.
