Thru-Hole Assembly
We specialize in Through-Hole and Mixed Technology utilizing our wave soldering process , Our Flow Soldering process can solder PCBs up to 16". We also provide custom PCB rework modifications to our customers requirements. We offer a quick-turn delivery in 72 hours with a standard lead-time of 3 weeks
Surface Mount Assembly
Electronic Contract Manufacturers features automated Surface Mount assembly guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery at a competitive price,Electronic Contract Manufacturers has been placing and repairing Fine Pitch ICs (16 mil) for several years. Our Surface Mount processes are a combination of the latest Technology in picking, placement and reflow. Each step in our Surface Mount process includes 100% inspection provided by in-process and final inspection. We provide Surface Mount assembly on PCBs up to a size of 20" X 20" including mixed technology with a total part count exceeding several thousand.
Conformal Coatings
For products consistently affected by condensation and humidity, we specialize in conformal coating applications. We provide a variety of conformal coatings, which include silicone, acrylic, and urethane. Our conformal coating seals off your products from the outside environment and protects circuitry against the intrusion of moisture and extraneous material. These conformal coatings eliminate oxidation and corrosion, which will provide a longer life to your product. Depending on our customers requirements, we use spraying or dipping processes to ensure complete coverage.
Testing
Electronic Contract Manufacturers has a dedicated management team providing test strategies and solutions for all types of printed circuit assemblies., Electronic Contract Manufacturers offers customized services to develop cost-effective solutions geared to specific testing requirements. We currently utilize several functional test stations supplied by our customers and we welcome the opportunity to transfer your testing needs to our facilities.
Chassis Assembly
Electronic Contract Manufacturers offers additional manufacturing services by providing a complete box build assembly for the final stages of your products. This process includes Material Procurement, PCB Build and Test, Final Assembly, and Final Test and Packaging. To ensure quality, we utilize a comprehensive array of test services.
