Amitriz 12.5%EC

 

The amitriz solution is made of proper emulsifier and sovent etc.. The amitriz (C₁₉H₂₃N₃₎ should be 90.0%110.0% of  the satandard content.

[character]:  yellowish transparent liquid

[Identification]: taking this product and making a experiment in accordance with the amitraz item Iditification (2) and the results should be same.

[examinnation]: moisture   Taking samples and testing them according to the moisture measurement prcedure  (appendix page 69, 1^st method A) and the moisture should be below 0.15%.

[Emulsification exami`nation]: Taking 5 ml of this product and checking it according to the regulation (appendix page 94) and it will prove to be eligible.

[Relatated substances]:  Adding some  toluene to this product to make a new kind of solution containing 50 mg amitraz per 1 ml.  Examining it according to the regulation for the amitriz-relating substances.

Others: It should accord with the various regulation for liquid preparation item for external application  (appendix page 16)

[Contents measurement]: taking a proper amount of this product (equivalent to 50 mg  amitraz) and measuring it precisely. Putting it in a 10-ml measuring flask and following the regulation to add 5 ml internai solution and then some ethyl acetate up to the gruduation. Shaking it up. Putting 13μl liquid into gas appearance chromatograph and measuring the correction factors meanwhile taking another sample to exanmine its relative density.
