Description

Magnetic chuck is mainly designed to improve the traditional injection dieing machine with disadvantages of long clamping time, complex operations and low safety.  This system adopts electric-control permanent magnetic disk as solid plate and flexible plate, so that clamping and change of die can be available through simple magnetizing and demagnetizing within three minutes.  It can be installed in new injection dieing machine as the standard part for end user as well as reconstruction of the injection dieing machine in use, so that traditional injection dieing machine can realized rapid die change in three minutes without change in original structure.
