Belt IQF Device/ Quick Freezer

The SBD2 series Stainless Steel Belt Individually Quick Freezing Device was designed and manufactured according to the requirement of HACCP. It assured the food hygiene requirements. It specifically suits for freezing water products such as shrimp, fish fillet, cuttlefish, scallop and any other freezing foods processing.

Main structure features

Side air blow, which blows the steel belt with cool air from the direction of direct and counter-direct.
The air recycle distance is short and IQF the freezing speed is fast.
Complete Aluminum-alloy evaporators fulfill an excellent heat exchange and fast temperature decreasing.
The evaporators are places along the running direction of the steel belt, which have a large air blow area. So it will not be frosted and can be continually working for a long time.
Water defrosting, which assures the hygiene of the evaporator and prevents the bacterium from propagating.
There is a door in the cabinet, and there are corridors on both sides of the belt, which facilitate to inter clean after finishing working.
The enclosure of the insulating cabinets and the cabinet frames are all made by stainless steel to ensure the hygiene requirement.
The belt is imported food grade hard stainless steel belt, which has an excellent springiness, high strength and not easy to metamorphose.
The freezing time can be continually adjusted according to the different products.
There are drive devices on both sides of infeed and outfeed. The stainless steel belt is not easy to slip and run in a incorrect way.
