Model FB5 auto-flipping tape edge machine(mattress machine) is controled by PLC,and it have functions of travelling, cornerring and flipping automatically.

By using the structure of moving mattress and fixing sewing head, the auto-flipping tape edge  machine is an ideal mate equipment for automatic product line of mattress production, it could make the mattress move in or move out, corner and flip automatically; its unique abilities such as sewing head auto raising or lowering at the corner, speed auto slowdown at corner, sewing speed auto recovery after passing corner, adjustable sewing head tilting angle, adjustable sewing head lift, adjustable sewing speed, and adjustable conveyer speed, greatly increases the sewing quality.

1. After-sale service:

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning 

and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application, 

air ticket, accommodation, USD100/day/person as commissioning fee, and (if necessary) 

interpreting fee for seller’s technician. 

2)  After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD200/day/person as service charge, as well

 as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting 

fee for seller’s technician.

2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the 

moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each 

part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the

 damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
