Propertities:

Nano anti-fouling material is a kind of environment-friendly inorganic material, filling into the pores of hard surface such as polished tile or marble , increase the gloss above 88^o and protect  the tile’s surface from stains,such as oil  based permanent marker, ink, tea,  coffee, cement and so on can’t be leave behind

 

Usage:

Nano material must be used together with a kind of machine which has 10 to 16 sets of high speed turntables, Let the nano particles to infiltrate into the tiny pores and small cracks in  the tile surface .

These materials include code A and code C.

 

The process:

First dropping A on the surface of polished tiles, meanwhile turntables running with a high speed 1000~1100 r/m for gloss, repeat this process 7~10 times till tile’ gloss is above 90 ^o; then dropping C on the surface of polished tiles ,meanwhile turntables running with a slow speed 100 r/m for anti-fouling.

 

Dosage:

It needs about 50~70 g/m²  polished tile. This is only for reference.

A: 40~50g/m²

C: 10~20 g/m²
