1. What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 2000decks. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your plan for purchasing, we will offer the price correspond to your qty. And we hope your would increase your order qty after you check our product quality and know our services.

2. How can I get a sample?

We usually provide customer existing stock sample with free charge.  And if you need sample in your OEM colour and print, we will charge you some cost based the real cost happening, and the charge is refundable when order is placed. We normally ask for freight collection for sample delivery. If you have international courier account like Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT, it would be great. If you don’t have courier account available, we could prepay the freight here and you just pay it to our paypal account accordingly.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.

If you need sample with your own design, it takes 15 days normally.

4.  How long is your production lead time?

It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?

For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate.

We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include colour, size and position before real sample making.

6. How many colours are available?

We match colour with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the pantone colour code you need. We will match the colour accordingly. Or we will recommend you some popular colours to you.

7. what is your payment term?

Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
