High hardness polyurethane structural adhesive

Application : It applies to cast section mould, mould plate, core box, core, frame, pouring riser, body mold and external mold of form, pouring model for experiment, design model ,mechanism support bracket, corner decorating parts, bowling, model and other structural materials.

Characteristics  It applies to make wares which hardness is about shore D70~80, changing colors by adding colorant.

Operating points  After mixing up in common temperature of the two components, vacuum degassing, pouring into mould, solidification. It suits for manual operating and mechanism continuous casting.

 Storage  Storing in a cool and dry place. If you cant use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.

Packing   200Kg galvanized iron drum.
