Structure: honeycomb A structure in window area, fiberglass laminate structure in assembling area

 

Manufacturing process: wet hand lay-up, vacuum bag cured in oven

 

Materials: E-glass fiber cloth with epoxy resin, Chinese paper honeycomb

 

Usage: for the antenna in the frequency in C or X bands

 

Transmission efficiency: above 90% depending on the antenna's frequency and the cover's wall thickness

 

Surface: PU painting in any color. rain-erosion-proof primary paint could be used

 

Advantage: excellent transmission efficiency for C or X bands antenna, light weightness, heavy

stiffiness, lower material cost compared with the cover made by prepreg and Nomex honeycomb
