We built in 1989 in Wenzhou city,Zhejiang Province.after few years’s development we moved into Guangzhou city until now .We’re located in C1,Yuanxia industrial park,Yuanxia village,Longgui Town,Baiyun district,Guangzhou.Guangdong Province.

3. Do you take part in tradeshow ?

Yes,we’re.you can find us in Canton Fair, Bologna Cosmoprof,Italy and Las Vegas Cosmoprof,USA.

4.What’s your product M.O.Q?Can I make OEM products and what’s the M.O.Q?

If I need moulding,What’s the supposed additional charges ?

Our regular products’s M.O.Q: 3000pcs/bags/model.

Yes,OEM order is warmly welcomed.

For OEM order,M.O.Q: 10000 pcs/bags/model

We’ll collect moulding fee from customers if you only order 10K.

Say: 2300USD/mould would be for normal charges.

if order’s quantity is big enough, from 100K to 200K it will be free of charge.

5.How can I get the samples ?Do you charge the samples? How many days would I get it?

You can place a sample order to us , we’ll send out the samples once after you confirmed the details&made the payment. Most of our low value product won’t charge.For customized product,it’s definitely charge.our sample preparation time:3-5 days.it’ll take 5 days by express to reach at customer’s hand.

6.What’s your trade term? Do you accept L/C payment term ?

We accept FOB,EXW,CNF and CIF trade terms.We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight but required the transaction amount over 100 000 USD.

7.How was your after-sale service? What will you do if get complaints from customers?

We have the professional merchandise manager to track customer’s orders from the beginning to the end. We’ll try our best to solve customer’s problem and satisfy them.

8. Can I visit your factory ?

Yes,You can.

9. How did you control the product quality?

We strictly perform in compliance with the ISO9001:2008 QC system. there’re more than 8 QC to

do the quality test&control work every day.

10.Which certificates did you get ?Does your products export into Europe ?

CE,RoHS,SGS etc. Normally we’ll do the test according to customer’s requirement. We had been exported into Europe for years.
