Taq Plus DNA Polymerase

Product Synopsis

Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is a mixture of Taq DNA Polymerase and

Pfu DNA Polymerase, it has 5→3 polymerase and exonuclease activity, and 3→5exonucleases. It will leave a 3 dA overhang on the ends of PCR, and the fragments can reach 20kb, at least 10kb when the target gene is complex. It has both the advantage of Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase. It shows no detectable levels of contaminating endonucleases or exonucleases by SDS-PAGE. It can be used in PCR for TA-Vector cloning, PCR amplification of genomic DNA, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling.

Storage

The recommended storage condition is -20. Avoid RT and repeated freeze/thaws.
