JEFFER Engineering has designed and supplied a variety of glass melting furnaces for the customers in China and aboard, ranging from the end fired furnace to the electric furnace; from very small scale pot furnace to large float glass furnace and constructions. 

 

We use 3D modeling design, and combine the customer's product characteristics, site conditions and individual requirements to ensure the accuracy of the design, avoid rework and on-site adjustments.

 

Compared with the cross fired furnace with the same melting area, the end fired furnace has the advantages of high heat utilization rate, simple structure, small occupation area and low investment cost, easy operation and simply maintenance, etc.

 

The end fired furnace has a small flame coverage area, the flame reversing brings periodic temperature fluctuation and hot spot movement.
