PCR MasterMix

PCR MasterMix is a ready-to-use mastermix, convenient for amplification of DNA fragments without the need to thaw individual components, reducing the risk of contamination and pipetting errors. It can be used in routine PCR reaction and especially when the target DNA has high GC content or complicated structures. High quality PCR enhancers and stabilizers are added in this system. These reagents will not affect the amplification reaction and significantly reduce overall procedure time and risk of amplicon contamination. PCR MasterMix comes with the choice of an optimized blue color dye and precipitant for direct loading onto gel.
