1. About the fireplace assembly:
The products of the whole factory are separated and need to be assembled, but please rest assured that we will conduct joint processing in advance and try to install and draw the installation auxiliary line before leaving the factory. If you have any questions during the installation process, you can consult online.
2. About the construction period, texture and color difference:
Spot products will be shipped in about three days, and the custom product will have a construction period of 10-30 days, subject to customer service reply;
It is normal for natural stone to have cracks, textures and color differences, and there is no perfect stone;
3. About after-sales:
The products are large and heavy goods. After processing, they will be inspected by taking pictures and videos. Return is not supported;
Customized products have been paid but have not been shipped, and if you apply for return or exchange, we will charge 60% of the order loss fee;

4. Regarding workmanship, errors and damage:
The products are hand-crafted, even if the same type of product made by the same master is not exactly the same. The actual product shall prevail.
The product is hand-carved, with an error of about 1-2 cm, which is normal.
