Description

     Snowkey Ice block Euipment is plug-ready and specially designed for tropical conditions and coastal climate. The machine consists of a 40ft or 20ft container,according to ISO, GFRP coated with anti-corrosive treatment.
      All parts in contact with brine or water are of stainless steel, galvanized or effectively anti-corrosion treated. The brine-tank is fully insulated and covered by removable panels. The ice-cans are of stainless steel , whose thick sides (1.5mm) withstand evenrough handling. The ice is harvested with the aid of an electric overhead crane with push button control. Strong heating elements in the trawing bath ensure that the blocks detach quickly from the cans.The blocks then slide smoothly through an aperture into the ice storage room.

     The freezing cycle of block ice machine takes about 8 hours, corresponding to three continuous harvests per day,the basis of the indicated daily capacity.

      12.5 kg = 150 x 130 x 700 mm
      20 kg    = 250 x 130 x 700 mm
      25 kg    = 300 x 130 x 700 mm
      50 kg    = 460 x 180 x 800 mm
