Product Description
Blowing air and contact products with plates are two ways air blast freezer adopts to quickly freeze products. It is suitable for seafood, fruits and vegetable, pastry, meat, etc.
1) Capacity: 1000kg/h - 5,000kg/h;
2) High density PU foamed and stainless steel panel-hygienic and easy to clean;
3) Double modes of air blow and contact provide high freezing efficiency;
4) Special shaped aluminum-alloy evaporator and axial fan with a large area of heat exchange and good thermal conductivity.
