Its features are as follows:
1.The pillar plus cross-shaped support table firmly, raiser and lower table by four screw rods at each corner stable.
2.With a precise & durable guide rail, make the carriage movement more smooth and the motion track control more accurate.Tecmic 300 is the pioneer for tape edge usage. And with the new Tecmic-300US double chain sewing head made in Japan, it makes the sewing of heavy-weight materials more easily, and stitches more beautifully.
3.Just some of the features are the adjusting carriage travel speed and sewing rotate speed by inverter respectively.
4.Wider range for height of mattress, the electric & knee pushing device controlling the carriage movement, makes the operation easier and achieve higher production efficiency.
5.Electronic adjustments for the sewing head tilt and working table height, inching the needle breadth wise, using the magnetic clutch to control travelling.
6.The total quality can be advanced by paying attention to the improved details and its appearance.

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning
and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application,
air ticket, accommodation, USD100/day/person as commissioning fee, and (if necessary)
interpreting fee for seller’s technician.
2) After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD200/day/person as service charge, as well
as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting
fee for seller’s technician.
2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the
moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each
part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the
damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
