5 gallons bottle cap PVC label shrinking machine

 

Function and working theory:

With self-building water tank, using heater to make the water being like hot steam, with pressure spraying out the hot steam around the PVC label, when the bottle passing through the machine by conveyor

 

Power:

380V/50Hz,4KW

 

Usage:

For PVC label shrinking, mainly used in 5 gallons bottled line, to shrink the label around the cap

 

Conveyor:

With conveyor moving the bottle, and taking bottle passing through the shrinking machine hot steam tunnel

Size of conveyor: Normally used is 2.44M, we providing 3.66M and 4.88M size also according to the requirements by customer
