Mechanical design and configuration:
1. the diameter of second screw is 300mm, which is made of high strength stainless steel, high intensity light and not equidistant.
2. the body is made of high strength, anti-high pressure, stainless steel seamless pipe, one side distance between the cylinder and screw is less than0.75mm.
3.matched full grinding teeth and hard surface reducer with six grade precision
Electrical design and configuration:
2. the down-screw adopt transducer to control the speed.
3. the power of upper-pressure is 30Kw, the revolution of screw is 18 r / min, the power of under- pressure is 22Kw, the revolution of screw is 5-18 / min, the heating power of cone mouth is 1Kw, with the sensor to control the heating and closing automatically.
Fastening device:
1. the grade of all Fasteners Bolts is more than 8.8 metric, and with looseness proof.
