One Head Butter Filling Machine with heater and stirrer (Paste filling machine, bottle filling machine, One-head filling machine, grease filling machine, Jam filling machine):

 

This semi-automatic piston ointment filling machine owns the function of explosion prevention. Apply to medicine, daily chemical, food, pesticides and special industries; it is an ideal filling equipment for high-viscosity cream. Since the machine is working under the uncharged state, it is more security; humanized design fits for modern enterprises requirements. Small and exquisite in model, the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTac. The part contacting materials is made of 316 stainless steel or 304 stainless steel. Both filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted at will, filling accuracy is high. Filling head adopts anti-dripping and lifting filling device.

Operation:

The heating temperature can be adjusted from 0-100°C

The mixer can be taken out if you don't need it.

There's switch for auto and manual function, you can set the interval time to let it fill continuously or use the pedal switch to control each filling time.

 

Note: the hopper is composed of 2 layers, please fill water between the two layers before the heating work.
