Description

Electric Hot Melt Sleeve

The manufacturing of electric hot melt sleeves involving processes like compounding special electric hot network on PE plates, bending and batching. It is a kind of connect pipe fitting that joints jacketed pipes through electric hot melting. The application of special heating wire network gives the sleeve a perfect melting performance in the joint part, with very good connecting strength and sealing ability. Our product is the undated version of the first-generation sleeve in China. Performance characteristic: good bonding strength, excellent seal, high air-tightness, no PU leak, corrosion resistant, aging resistant, and easy to operate. Electric hot melt sleeve is an emerging connect fitting in anti-corrosion and thermal insulating industries. Its largely outperforms heat-shrinkable strip in terms of aging-resistance, bonding strength, and ring stiffness, further more, it applies PU foam after melting the jacketed pipes, this process needs much less time than using a heat-shrinkable strip; therefore, electric hot melting sleeves are widely welcomed in joint coating and connecting of heat distribution pipeline and oil pipeline.

Characteristics:

  • winding pipe forming the basis of the characteristics of the general peak width of 60 ~ 80mm in between the narrow belt along the hot-melt welding pipe incision.

  • Due to a variety of conditions, welding of the pipeline after the systemic and can not guarantee its tightness.

  • pipeline to meet the needs of the project: often used in welding to conduct outreach approach, which uses hand-held extrusion welding torch welding along the incision in the wall.
