Vacuum Spray Chamber
It uses integrated motor and gear box, powerful and reliable.The speed of blade can be adjusted according to the temperature and flow rate of material through VFD.
Cyclone
The vapors containing the soap dusts formed during spraying, are conveyed out of the vacuum dryer through the cyclones where they are separated from the dusts which falls on the bottom of cyclones and is recovered.
Barometric Condenser
The vapors are condensed inside the barometric condenser through the shower spray method. The vacuum pump produces and maintains the vacuum degree inside the plant by removing all incondensable. The material is carbon steel.
Dryer Platform
It is specially designed for the vacuum drying system according to customer workshop layout. The structure is made of steel frames with anti-slip plates for the stairs and operation platform.
Cooling Tower
It is used to cool the water so that the chilling water can be less than 25 degrees to have very effective cooling.
Double Stage Water Ring Vacuum Pump
It is used to provide the vacuum in the whole system.
