Our products are produced from log (going through chipper), wood shaving (wet material silo), double drum wheel sander, drier (125°C-140°C, 1.8MPa), winnowing machine, screening (qualified wood shaving), dry material silo, glue mixing (mixture), spreading machine, pressing machine (high temperature 175°C-180°C, high pressure 44.5kgf/cm2), semi-finished products, deburring (checked by checkers) to end products. Our company has unique technology and novel design. Our products have such advantages as high quality, great intensity, no iron nail, high efficiency, four-way mechanical manipulation, overlapped stacking, space saving, etc., and are hard to be damaged during transportation.
