Fin press line:

Main characteristics and function: 

1. Machine Line includes: Coil Cradle, Oil tank, Air feeder,High-speed Precision, Power press, Sucker and Collector, Air system, Electric system, Hydraulic system. 

2. The slide of power press has hydro-lifting function which will be convenient for dies installation/commissioning.

3. Power Press speed and Vacuum Stucker is controlled by converter warning, no oil warning

4. Collector has protecting system for fault operation, no material warning, no oil warning.

5. Power press has hydraulic overload system

6. Hydraulic rapid-dies changing device

7. PLC control and displayer
