BEND
Oven Bending---evenly heating by Oven,take the panel out of Oven and put it on the prepared moulds,press and mould you want,then cooling the bending panel
CUT
Wood saw,ceramic saw,marble cutting machine are all applicable for cutting,and portable manual driller for drilling
LIGHT
Better use fluorescent lamp or neon light or LED,>15cm away from the resin panel.if between 10~15cm,better use a refecting paper on the lamp back panel.
DAMAGE PREVENTION
Avoid prolonged exposure to strong chemicals such as acids, bases and solvents.
REPAIRING
any dirts on the surface,use soap water or ammonia detergent to clean then dry cloth to clean the surface.
Small cuts, scratches and stains grind it by using sand paper,first 800#(with water),second 1000#(with water),then use wax(usually car wax is ok.) to polish it.
Deeper cuts or damage due to shocks,such as cracks,may require the intervention
of a service centre, in order to perform a craftsman like repair.
